Danilo, a left footed defensive midfielder made his senior debut in 2018 with PFC Cajazeiras before moving to Palmeiras on an initial loan which was later made permanent. He was first played with the Under-20s but his fast development saw him fast tracked into the first team in 2020.

So far, he is becoming a regular in the Palmeiras first team with 22 appearances in the Brazil - Serie A last season and Arsenal are looking to lure him to England in a €20m move.

Multiple source have confirmed Arsenal’s interest in the player, who is also on West Ham’s radar and manager Arteta has also confirmed possible incomings this month. Danilo might as well be one of the new Gunners.
