Colombian talisman Radamel Falcao arrived at Manchester United ahead of the 2014-15 season from Monaco on a season-long loan with an option to buy but the striker did not live up to the hype and United turned down the buying option after scoring just four goals in 29 outings all season. For Zlatan Ibrahimovic, it was a successful spell but for injuries. The Swedish arrived on a free transfer before the start of the 2016-17 season on a year contract with option of extension depending on performances and Ibrahimovi
