What happens to Greenwood when Manchester United sign Jadon Sancho

The Manchester club have been linked with a move for the talented Dortmund winger with several reports suggesting personal terms has been agreed with the player.

Sancho is expected to cost United much even if latest reports has it that the club can not pay more than £50m for the 20year Old.

However, there is Mason Greenwood; who has been limited to 1,986 minutes in his 41 appearances for United this season, scoring 15 times and providing 5 assists.

His latest back to back performances, which saw him score three goals and assisting one is United's last two Premier League games against Brighton and Bournemouth is another highlight of his stellar performance this campaign.

It is apparent that the 18year old will be given more chance before this season runs out and if he can continue to perform at the top of his game, it will be an injustice for the club to not give him a chance next season.

Should Manchester United keep all their attackers ahead of next season and acquire Sancho, it will surely dampen the chances of Greenwood.

United look set to get the Sancho deal done, it remains to be seen what plans they have for their current impressive teenager.
