Brazil coach Fernando Diniz has backed his decision to invite Gabriel Jesus to the national team camp for the upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifiers despite amidst recovery from injury. Former Ghanaian winger Raphael Dwamena has lost his life on Saturday due to heart failure during a match between his Albanian club, KS Egnatia and Partizani. Raphael Dwamena dies aged 28 while playing for his Albanian club KS Egnatia.  The 28-year-old collapsed in the 24th minute of the match and was rushed the hospital, where he eventually gave up the ghost en route. Dwamena had been a very vital player for Egnatia this season having joined on a free transfer in December 2022. In ten league games he has played a direct involvement in as many goals, nine goals and one assist.
